Signification d'une rectification d'acte de naissance

Bonjour à tous,

Sur un acte de naissance du 08 Mai 1873 à KERNOUES (base RECIF), je rencontre la mention "rectifié le 22 Novembre 1876 par le tribunal Civil de Première Instance".

Cet acte concerne LE STANC Marie Scolastique.

Je serais tenté de croire, à tort peut -être, que cette rectification a un lien avec le prénom "Scolastique".
Pourriez-vous m'indiquer où peut-on obtenir le détail d'un jugement de ce type ?

Vers 1865-1870 les registres de Kernouès ont été très mal tenus, de nombreuses erreurs ont été introduites dans les actes probablement par un secrétaire de mairie un peu laxiste ou tête en l'air.

Si bien que de plusieurs dizaines d'actes ont dû être rectifiés par jugement en 1876. La transcription détaillé de ces jugements (changements de prénoms, rectification des prénoms et noms des parents, modification du sexe et du prénom de l'enfant ...) figure dans les registres de Kernouès à la date du jugement soit fin 1876 soit début 1877 (sans doute de manière globale) avec report en mention marginale de chaque acte concerné.

Scolastique, outre une philosophie médiévale, est un prénom encore récemment porté puisque j'ai connu à Roscoff une personne dans les années 70 qui se prénommait ainsi.
